Kelie Reimer, BA

Research Associate

Kelie Reimer is a Research Associate I at the Comprehensive Center for Brain Health at the University of Miami Miller School of Medicine. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Eckerd College.

She has extensive experience as a psychometrist, having worked at Queens Medical Center, Neuroscience Institute in Honolulu, Hawaii, and the Medical College of Wisconsin. Kelie administered and scored neuropsychological, psychological, and academic assessments across the lifespan for patients with traumatic brain injuries, neurological disorders—including neurodegenerative diseases—psychiatric conditions, and learning disabilities. She also conducted pre-surgical evaluations, supporting both research and diagnostic purposes.

Before entering the clinical field, she spent over eight years in cross-cultural leadership roles within nonprofit organizations focused on education, empowerment, and community resilience with native and indigenous populations. Kelie’s interests are cultural diversity, health equity, and addressing social factors affecting health in research.

Clinical Business Operations Representative

Christopher Antonio Rodriguez is a dedicated Clinical Business Operations Representative at the University of Miami with over 13 years of experience in healthcare and retail environments. Known for his exceptional leadership, project management, collaboration, and communication skills, Christopher has consistently demonstrated his ability to drive operational excellence and foster teamwork. Christopher graduated with a Bachelor of Arts from Florida International University in 2020.  Outside of his professional life, Christopher is an avid motorcycle enthusiast, finding joy and relaxation in riding.

Ketlyne Sol, PhD

Research Assistant Professor

Dr. Sol’s research interests focus on evaluating psychosocial and physical contextual risk and resilience factors in cognitive aging and Alzheimer’s Disease and Related Dementias (ADRD) with a focus on the neighborhood. Her clinical training as a rehabilitation psychologist informs her research on the role of context in ADRD outcomes. Ultimately, Dr. Sol aims for her work to inform both individual interventions and policy changes to reduce ADRD incidence, improve cognitive aging, and enhance overall well-being in aging.
