Keri Greenfield, MSN, AGPCNP, NP-C
Nurse Practitioner of Neurology
Keri K. Greenfield, MSN, AGPCNP, NP-C is a licensed Adult Geriatric Nurse Practitioner at the Comprehensive Center for Brain Health (“CCBH”) at the University of Miami Miller School of Medicine. Keri brings over 20 years of comprehensive clinical experience working with the adult and geriatric populations. Ms. Greenfield specializes in the management and treatment of neurodegenerative brain diseases, such as Mild Cognitive Impairment, Alzheimer’s disease, Lewy Body Dementia, Parkinson’s disease, vascular cognitive impairment, and frontotemporal degeneration. In addition, Ms. Greenfield plays an active role in the research activities carried out by CCBH.
Keri is passionate about developing a personal relationship with every patient and their family. Ms. Greenfield believes that each patient is unique and deserves quality concierge level care. She serves as a personal guide to help her patients and their loved ones navigate and manage the symptoms and the progression of their diseases. Keri strives to help her patients live their best possible life.
In addition to her role as a clinical provider, Keri is the founder and director of the Integrative Nutrition Health Coaching Program at CCBH. Through her health coaching techniques, she identifies each client’s life imbalances and then facilitates each client’s personal discovery to bring about their optimal health and happiness. Keri’s integrative approach succeeds in empowering her clients to make positive and lasting lifestyle changes.
Keri received her Adult Geriatric Primary Care Nurse Practitioner (AGPCNP) degree from Columbia University and Florida Atlantic University. Keri received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from New York University. She received her Integrative Nutrition Health Coaching certificate from the New York based Institute for Integrative Nutrition.
