Free community education event, “Diverse Perspectives on Brain Health and Memory in the African American Community”, hosted by the Urban League of Broward County. Registration is required. Free lunch provided to registered attendees only. Education topics include: risk factors for memory issues, signs and symptoms of related dementias, and discussion on forms of dementia.

Presenter is Dr. James E. Galvin, MD, MPH. Professor of Neurology, Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences, Chief, Division of Cognitive Neurology, Founding Director, Comprehensive Center for Brain Health.
