Kelie Reimer, BA
Research Associate
Kelie Reimer is a Research Associate I at the Comprehensive Center for Brain Health at the University of Miami Miller School of Medicine. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Eckerd College.
She has extensive experience as a psychometrist, having worked at Queens Medical Center, Neuroscience Institute in Honolulu, Hawaii, and the Medical College of Wisconsin. Kelie administered and scored neuropsychological, psychological, and academic assessments across the lifespan for patients with traumatic brain injuries, neurological disorders—including neurodegenerative diseases—psychiatric conditions, and learning disabilities. She also conducted pre-surgical evaluations, supporting both research and diagnostic purposes.
Before entering the clinical field, she spent over eight years in cross-cultural leadership roles within nonprofit organizations focused on education, empowerment, and community resilience with native and indigenous populations. Kelie’s interests are cultural diversity, health equity, and addressing social factors affecting health in research.
