Monica Sonnenberg, MD is a Research Clinician of Neurology at the Comprehensive Center for Brain Health at the University of Miami, Miller School of Medicine. She received her medical degree from the School of Medicine, Ricardo Palma University in Lima, Peru. She has worked for over 3 years as an Occupational and Preventative Physician. Additionally, Monica has a Master’s degree in Healthcare Administration from Florida Atlantic University. Her clinical and research focus includes, mild cognitive impairment, Alzheimer’s disease and other neurodegenerative disorders.  Monica specializes in the early detection of neurological diseases through clinical testing, including Electroencephalogram, Audiology, Optical Coherence Tomography (OCT), Biomarkers, and other tests she performs at the Comprehensive Center for Brain Health.
